"We had a great stay here! The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with EVERYTHING that you would need. The bed was very comfortable too. We LOVED the hot tub and the privacy. This is a basement, but it didn't feel like one and we barley heard the hosts upstairs. It's about 8 minutes from downtown. Highly recommend! "

"Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday."
