The rental is in the perfect location, clise enough to anything you want to do, butbprivate enough to relax. It was our second time staying with John and Maureen and it wont be our last. "

"The room was very clean! All the appliances were newer! The front desk staff was nice. The only thing that I didn’t love was that there is not staff on site 24/7 therefore you really need to download to app to have the digital key on your phone in case you get locked out. They do have an emergency number to call though. Luckily we didn’t have any issues with this but I was alway on high alert making sure I had my phone and a key when it was after hours. "What a wonderful stay! We enjoyed every min we spent in the home. The front porch was a great place to unwind, the views of the water and harbor were peaceful and set the atmosphere for a tranquil night. So many great things to say about this property that anyone considering staying should look no further and enjoy something different and unique in downtown Pensacola!!!"

"Fabulous stay here! Everything was clean, well taken care, people were extremely friendly and so helpful! Breakfast was constantly stocked and freah. Pool was clean and fun. Felt very safe and was a quiet area. Beds were very firm, but that is a preference. Would stay again without a second thought!!!"

"Excellent property with nice outdoor recreation area including pools, volleyball, and direct access to the beach. The room was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. There were plenty of purchase options for snacks, drinks, and beach needs. Will definitely return to this place!"
