"This property is primarily for people using Newark airport. It is not a destination for leisure or other types of activities. The view you have from almost anywhere in the building is parking lot or highway. And that's okay because that's what this place is. Doesn't pretend to be anything else. The room that we were first assigned had it very nasty odor but the staff willingly changed our rooms. They were very cordial and very helpful. The property serves the purpose for which it is intended very well but it is not anything more than that "

"I booked two nights with my best friend for Charli XCX and had the most spectacular time here! The staff does a great job at making you feel comfortable and making sure you have a luxurious experience. Amazing views of the NYC skyline and close to Times Square as well! Will be staying here again. "

"Convenient spot. Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, Walking distance to Time Square, Broadway and lots of restaurants. Only drawback was only one elevator for 11 floors. Wait times were very long. If both elevators were in. Service I’d give it better rating."
