My husband accidentally left a pair of shoes in our room and didn't realize it until we got home which is 4 hours away. Upon calling the hotel, he was able to get help from the staff and they were kind enough to ship the shoes back to us with our prepaid mailing label."

"Our car brokedown while traveling and this hotel was affordable as well as close to where we were. We needed a place to stay for our family of 5. We were met by an extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. The next day we were allowed a late check out and then to wait in the lobby until our rental car was ready and the shuttle service was able to pick us up. They were very friendly and so helpful. The room was clean and much nicer than we expected and the location was safe and quiet. The breakfast hours are wonderful and the food was the best continental breakfast we've ever had. An excellent selection of options and tasted so good! "
