"The house was very clean. The view of Lake Erie from the house is beautiful. Racoon Park which is right next door to this property made it very easy to enjoy the beach."

"We had a skunk spray close to the cottage and emailed the host who got right back to us and helped us get rid of the smell in the house. Very cute little place to stay for the week end"

" The service, rooms, and the facility was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The parking lot, however, at the entrance was very dark and hard to find to turn into at night. It was in need of repair as it had large pot holes and no distinct markings to guide you in.. Also, the Continental breakfast was not left out long enough in mornings. Also, each room should have had a small coffee pot as in all the other hotels in the area."

"The property is older and slightly outdated but it provides the small town feel. The staff was great during my stay and it felt like I was around long time friends not just a guest at a motel. The pool was nice and had plenty of chairs for guests and I was able to get the rest and relaxation I was hoping for. "

"This was the perfect spot for a Bachelor Party gathering. We had a great time all weekend. The house had plenty of space to accommodate all that attended. It was fully loaded with amenities. We also used the back barn, which gave us a great spot to be outside, play yard games and enjoy each others company! The location of this place was great very close to where ever you needed to go in local area and perfect view of the Lake! The host was readily available and easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process was smooth."
