"Excellent location; parked the car and never moved it. The room could benefit from room darkening blinds, especially during the Christmas season with the giant glowing snowflake just outside the windows. The stairs were a challenge for two seniors, but for younger people will probably not pose a problem. Otherwise the room was exactly as shown in the photos and was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We found it very comfortable."

"The inside is nicely updated. It was warm enough in really cold temps. Kitchen, bathroom, and flooring was all newly updated. It was good for a couple and really worked well for us. Close to Geneva lake area and Spire. Restaurants and the park were a short drive. The area around the house is pretty industrial but the house does sit off the road some so there was some green lawn. It was a safe area too. Host had good communication and responsive. I would recommend staying here. "

"Good- Overall a good stay. Nice location, private beach is obviously the selling point. Host provided a few beach and lounge chairs. Nice fire pit for the evening. Sleeps 4, but a bit tight with 2 double beds. Worked well with two adults & two kids. Bad- Apartment is hot & muggy, there’s an AC unit in the kitchen but it doesn’t cool the entire place. We brought a fan and bought a second while there. Appears tidy but there were mouse droppings in a pot in the cabinet. Host was on site a couple...
