"very friendly and helpful staff, big room too....good that they have local bus info to airport and town. They kindly called a taxi for me, however the driver ripped me off by already having a charge of 6 Euro on the meter saying it was for his journey out of the way to collect me !! Rather poor, but not the fault of the hotel."

"Very nice rooms, I lucked out got a 6th floor room with a fantastic view. All amenities were good, across from train which was great. 13€ breakfast I shouldn't have got, only worth if one eats like a hog which I don't but meh. I'd stay there again for sure. Picardie museum was awesome, Amiens is a wonderful city."

"The rooms were clean and spacious; The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. What really makes this hotel stand out however is the extraordinarily kind and professional staff. And their breakfast was one of my two favorite breakfasts during my two week journey in Europe. Generous, with high quality ingredients. Fresh squeezed juices, delicious cheeses etc.etc. I could elaborate more, but the foods were presented and procured with a sense of excellence and care for the guest. Lovely staff. Loved this stay. "Great location by the river, cafes, cathedral and 33km cycle route. The hotel was shabby in the hallway with bags of dirty linen left all day and overnight. The lifts strongly smelt of cheap deodorant. But, once in the room it was like a different hotel. Light, spacious, great view of the cathedral and river. Excellent kitchenette which is a bonus, nice bathroom and lots of little reminders to be eco friendly. We'd highly recommend if you're happy to walk through the neglected entrance and hallways."
