"Great stay. Would have been better if we were told before hand that there would be a security deposit to be paid at check in. We were only aware of the £8ish tax fees. Had no communication via email before check in either. Other than that it was lovely. "

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were very helpful. They helped with check in and held our bags the next day while we explored the city. The food and drink were good and the room had everything we needed. "

"We got a nice upgrade, and thanks very much for that. However, the reception forgot to email the check-in instruction for late night check-in, hence we got into a hassle with the security guy. But he was finally helpful in getting us inside."

"Good sized family room with 2 double beds. Very clean and smart. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks available at the bar. We didn't have breakfast, but it is on offer, with kids eating free per paying adult. A short walk away was a selection of restaurants for dinner. There appeared to be a range to suit all budgets/tastes, but we went cheap and cheerful at Pizza Royal (which I'd recommend). The car ferry terminal was only a 5-10 minute drive away, so the hotel was great for our overnight stay. To note, secure parking is available at £12/night. However, plentiful, free on-road parking right outside the hotel. Area felt safe (as it can be) to leave our car outside. We would definitely use this hotel again. "

"4 night stay in late February. We booked a 2 bed apartment( 1 double and small room with bunk beds). Had corner balcony overlooking the Liane river towards town. Heating worked a treat intact had to open windows to cool down. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, resolved an issue with broken hair dryer swiftly. Booked parking for our stay in the underground car park belonging to Evancy. Checkout is usually 10.00 but we paid the extra to extend until 14.00. deposit taken on arrival was back in my account by the evening of our return home. Apartment is a15 min stroll into main shopping/ restaurant area. A longer steep uphill trek to the walled town ( approximately steady 30 mins."

"Excellent stay. Hôtel was very clean. Large room and oversized shower in bathroom. Friendly reception and bar staff. Well placed for walking into the main squares of Arras. Would recommend. "
