"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. "There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Amazing view from the dining room, balcony, master bedroom, kitchen and terrace! Gerra beach / Lido is a hidden gem. Worth knowing that the pool is unseated (or cold) at 19 degrees centigrade. Construction site next door was happily not active. Some areas of garden are not child friendly as very steep drop. That all said a a great location and great views. "
