"Incredible! Lucia works so hard for her guests and really makes the stay memorable. My partner has dietary restrictions and she did a great job accommodating those, plus gave us lots of insights on how to take the ferry, train, and so on. Mandello is a very cute little town and this place is right in the center, just steps away from the train station, very easy to get wherever you’d like to go. "This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. "We absolutely loved this place. It was cosy, comfortable, wonderful people who run it. We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. "Wonderful bed and breakfast. Andrea and his family were incredible hosts. They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well.
