"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. "

"Great Location sir you are visiting the Aquatic Park and doing the Cable Car Ride. This apartment had the perfect view of the nightly shows and fireworks. The sunset was incredible. What was not so great it the area itself is dead, there is no vibe or atmosphere. 95% of the buildings remain empty so if you like a little hustle bustle and a more authentic experience only stay here 1 or 2 nights max. "Beautiful condo and we can see the fireworks close and hear on our patio. Walking distance to the cable car and restaurants. Check-in office was a a bit harder to find but we managed to ask one of the building security guards. Overall well worth to stay at this place."

"This is the best stay in South Island of Phu Quoc through out our 2 nights 3 days vacation. We stayed on the fifteenth floor, and the view is spectacular, with ocean view and kiss-bridge view. "The staff were excellent - and the restaurant hostess Bich stands out as excellent. She greeted my wife and I each morning for breakfast and sometimes was in the restaurant at night. Bich made us feel at home and we probably would return here just because of her, but everything is excellent here. Even housekeeping was super efficient and I liked that they cleaned our room as soon as we left in the morning. Breakfasts are superb too. My only complaint is that 1 million Dong per night deposit is quite a large amount for a 5-star hotel. Is that really necessary? I stay in 5-star hotels in Thailand and Cambodia and never have been asked for a deposit. This surprised me. Surely the clientele that come to a 5-star hotel do not require such large deposits? "
