"Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "The staff were excellent - and the restaurant hostess Bich stands out as excellent. She greeted my wife and I each morning for breakfast and sometimes was in the restaurant at night. Bich made us feel at home and we probably would return here just because of her, but everything is excellent here. "The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. "Night market right across where you have plenty of food choices....lots of seafood and rolled ice cream! Very helpful in helping us rent a motor bike to tour the island. Easy access to beach. We even did a candle making workshop. Great mini vacation for us!"

"If you can, you definitely should. Huge living space, beautiful bedrooms, large outdoor living with private pool. The breakfast buffet was good and the other resort pools were also fantastic. Staff though was what made this resort so good. We met tons of great staff. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in phu Quoc and that was perfect. Small tip for vinwonder world, bring your swim gear and do the water park first, then you can spend the second half of the day going through the amusement park and drying off and then finish with the incredible light and water show. "
