"Excellent customer service & comfortable rooms. The rainshower head is lovely. Bathroom bins could be improved to the step-pedestal type. Or ones without a lid. The current flip lid style feels annoying an unsanitary as it gets stuck sometimes."

"The property was good though the kitchen is being redone. The lady running the drinks area was so kind in bringing me breakfast everyday and security very friendly as my friends and I entered and left the property. This hotel was a good choice for my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The bed was quite firm and Asian style firm pillows were provided. I would choose to stay here again when I return to Ho Chi Minh City."
