I was not given instructions about how to check in. After not being picked up I was expected to pay an early check in fee which was calculated incorrectly twice. "The rooms are big, the cleaninest are not comparable to other hotel, the security is questionable since the staff know our pass codes. The man who greeted us was rude, screamed at us and demanded that we should park our car and walk with our luggages for a long distance to our rooms even with our elderly parents. On the website said breakfast included but when asked they tried to avoid it and said the restaurant was closed and brought up some bánh mi and coffee when we insisted. We sure won't...
