"I had a great stay at this homestay! They provided towels and a bottle of water, and breakfast was decent and included in the price. The staff were very helpful, they arranged a motorbike rental for 150K VND per day and gave great recommendations on things to do and places to visit. "This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"I was reluctant to choose this stay first becuase the price was unbelievably cheap for me. But it was lucky to stay Thanh homestay, everything was satisfactory. A view of mountain, kindness of hostess(she is good at cooking and english both) and lovely two kids were especially strong point of this homestay.
