"We booked this property/area for its proximity to Dulles/Reagan Intl airports and Maryland where 2 of our 7 gals reside. The view is as incredible as depicted on this site and the area is quiet and relaxing. We all slept well and enjoyed cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. "This mountain house is absolute beauty! It is beyond gorgeous. The view is spectacular, the sunset is breathtaking. You have a 180 degrees view of West VA. The house itself is stunning, plenty of rooms to move around with our group of 15. We enjoyed the jacuzzi while admiring the beautiful sunset. "The property was just as expected and fit our needs for a few days of relaxation in the Harpers Ferry area. Nicely appointed with comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, big yard and fire pit, and a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others in that area."

"This was an incredible property! The pictures do not do the view justice!! Very remote, however that is what we were looking for. WIFI was great as my wife worked from home, check in process was great and don’t get me started on the hot tub overlooking the Mountain View! We will be back!!"

Everything in the house was easily labeled and available to us, and the location was perfect. We felt like it was a true getaway but only 20 minutes from so many shops and activities. "If you have kids you'd like to unplug and let bike, fish, or feed farm animals, this is the place! The staff are so kind and friendly. They delivered us fresh eggs our first day! The ponds are stocked so bring rods. Our 9-year-old caught his first largemouth bass all on his own. Also, George Washington stayed in a stone cottage out back. They set up a copy of his writing about it. We highly recommend this hidden gem!"
