"Stayed here from Ohio while visiting family members in the area. Beautiful, very clean, quiet place. Hot tub was absolutely amazing as that is what caught my eye while booking. Nice area. Close to shopping and dining. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Will be booking again if available on our next trip in the spring. Thanks Colin and Jess! "Pros: If you are a writer, artist, avid reader or just need a solitary vacation this is a perfect home. The kitchen is very well outfitted for preparing meals and the gas grill outside is large. There is a screened in porch with a picnic table for eating or painting outside the kitchen. There is a mown path down to the river for easy access. The MB has a very comfortable bed. "I've stayed in Davis several times but this is going to be my new favorite spot! Easy walk on sidewalks to Purple Fiddle and the shops of Thomas. Found a great free community yoga class at Bright Bear yoga also walking distance. The sleeper sofa mattress wasn't the most comfortable so I ended up sleeping on the folded up couch while my dad took the loft bed. Plenty of space for a tiny home. "
