"The unit was spotlessly clean and everything was in good repair. We only had to contact the owner once and they responded immediately. The location does make it a little noisy between the highway right outside and the business upstairs but overall it is a very nice unit."

"Met here for a friend's birthday weekend. The listing was exactly as expected -- which was a good thing! The house guide had handy tips in it, the coffee shop downstairs was AMAZING, and cleanup/checkout was a breeze. Anytime I stay in Thomas with a group, I'll stay here!"

"I would highly recommend this quiet little apartment in Thomas. It is in the commercial district, behind one of the art galleries. It is secluded, cozy, and has clearly been decorated by an artist. It is quirky and very cool! It has all of the amenities. The apartment shares a large common landing with a couple of other apartments but it is private and quiet. It is in the heart of the historic Thomas riverfront district, 1 block down from the Purple Fiddle and surrounded by art galleries and...

"The house was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to restaurants, the park, the college, etc. There were plenty of bedrooms for our small family and the home was neat and cleanly.
