"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"What an amazing hotel run by the most hard working, friendly and helpful people. All of the staff were brilliant, the hotel is super clean, with themed nights, differnt food which has so much choice. We stayed as 3 chikdren and 2 adults. We are plnat based adults which made it a little harder with not mcuh protien to eat but for a week we managed. They tried hard to accomodate but on 2 days we found it hard to be full up. We had alerted them to our food needs months before. Hotel quiet at night and pool excellent. Short walk to beach with shade, water sports, snorkelling etc. Cant really fault it at all. Highly recommend. "

"Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel and relax for few days "

"We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless! Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a supermarkets nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"This apartment was beautiful, totally new, very beautful tilings and equipments, Smart TV, kitechnette, daily cleaning services, great view of the Falassarna beach from the second floor where we stayed. Restaurants below are good and ambience and sunset view was great. Beaches were close, also below hotel there is a small beach for babies, no waves and walking distance from the hotel. Laundry service 10 euros for 6 kg load, it was quick, we dropped the laundry in the morning and by evening it was ready. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is enough parking space near the hotel."
