"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "This hotel is one we've been to 3 times now. I have a bit of a mixed review. The room was lovely, clean, good quality towels/bedding and very comfortable. We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this.
