The place was very clean and it looked like some of the window screens had been recently replaced and new air conditioners were put in.(It was less than 70° while we were there so we didn’t need to use them though!) We loved the location on the island and it had some spectacular views. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Definitely a very secluded area, but not too far of a drive to a local grocery store to get...
