"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! The checking in process was OK, although the key lock box was very difficult to open, and it took us about 30 minutes. We arrived to a very smelly apartment, with the main stench (sewage) coming from the bathroom in the master bedroom, and the kitchen. We decided to not use this bathroom as the smell was so awful. To note we had been left with just half a toilet roll for the entire apartment. The curtains in my sons room are a joke and do not cover the windows at all, and this bathrrom was so dirty with spilt make up splashed up the wall. One of the sofas was in the garden and the one in the apartment is being held up by some wood and bricks. This was so uncomfortable, and the pictures in the listing show 2 sofas. The bed linen had stains on it. The towels were so tatty and frayed. And the mattress in the master bedroom is beyond uncomfortable. Having looked into the company running this property, and others, it seems like comfort is not a priority for their customers, just making money and creating a lot of similar companies that all do the same. To add we also received a call on our 2nd day asking where we had left the key as they thought we were only staying for 1 night. "

"The property was a bit unloved. No carpets anywhere, just felt cold. Mind the owner was very good, we struggled with the Tv and he got back to us, quickly and the problem got solved. "

"What a fabulous little cottage! Absolutely immaculate and with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It has a lovely 'feel' as soon as you walk in, and is extremely comfortable from the sofas to the bed. The position of the cottage is perfect with everything so close by.. shops, pubs, restaurants etc, yet tucked away slightly. It was so lovely to be able to see the sea from every window and to be so close to it. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are fairly steep but there are only 7 of them and another 2 at the bottom going into the kitchen are usual size. There is a small car park for around 20 cars out to the side of the cottage which we used as we were there for 3 days we paid the £8.70 for 24hrs and nipped out to renew it, but as per other reviews there is plenty of free parking around if you want. We were there at the end of September but I imagine during peak season it would be a lot busier. We were very sad to leave the cottage and have every intention of re-booking for more visits."

"A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group. "
