"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . "Hotel is convenient for Bordeaux Centre and there is a supermarket and shopping mall close by. Entry is confusing as the main entrance is from the upper level. The only way we could get to the upper entrance was through the adjacent park which isn't obvious. The ground floor entrance is normally locked and access is either via the speakerphone, door key card or previously advised PIN number. Not very welcoming. The rooms are OK and adequately provided with eseentials. No air conditioning so...
