"Our contact person was very late and arrived without the key. Once we were finally able to get in the place was filthy. Clearly not cleaned from the last guests, and worse, not properly cleaned for a very long time (Covid clean-no way!). Kitchen and bathrooms nasty. The topper was when a trapped pigeon came out of the kitchen stove hood dropping feathers and feces all over before flying out of a window. Never again. Stay far away from this place!"

"My stay in the apartment was perfect. Perfectly situated to walk everywhere. So close to food, shopping and all the main sights. Although I was out most of the time it was a very roomy apartment with all that is required in the kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom and hot shower. Air conditioning in entire apartment came in very handy as well as the luggage elevator. Great communication throughout my stay. I didn’t stay in Bordeaux long enough and would love to stay in this apartment...

"This is a unique property with a great deck. It is on the 4th floor that is a lot more than 4 regular floors. It has an uneven stone circular staircase. If you have very heavy bags or aren't in pretty good shape be careful here. The owner gave us credit for the lift not working voluntarily but if you are not in decent shape, staying here could be a big problem if that lift isn't working. Enough about the lift. There are restaurants and grocery stores very close. Right near the tram line. The...

"We had a very pleasant stay in the Bordeaux apartment for a week. The building is next to the lovely public park, close to the city's great public transportation, and has an elevator, which is a luxury. We would definitely stay there again."

The location near the trams was excellent- no need for a car and the grocery store was across the street. It had all of the amenities and was very secure. We loved it!"

"This place was snaller than we imagined, but as advertised. We visitwd on Jan during a cold spell, so we didnt get use the terrace that would have allowed us to stretch our legs a bit more. Overall a good place for one person, but tight for two."
