Kitchen equipment was poor failed to provide good selection of glassware, most were plastic! and no decent sized glasses to use for long drinks. No suitable cooking utensils, (we had to use a ladle to make a bolognaise). Dishwasher was broken so we had to wash up. Floors were filthy in the communal areas. Lots of broken or missing parts in the supplied entertainment, such as the pool...
