"Family orientated hotel, with good pool facilities and friendly staff. Emmanuel was especially helpful by the pool and for any needs during the day. "We where charged 15 EUR extra for “cleaning and towels”, even though it was clearly stated in the booking that only 2 EUR tourist tax was to be paid on arrival. “Cleaning” is clearly stated as an additional offer, and as an “optional” extra fee (and even in this case it only costing 10 EUR). Clearly not a mandatory fee but a choice. She threatened that she would leave right now and close the reception and We could not get the room without paying this fee, and we could not use our own towels,...

"Nice room with private entrance in a nice area with great restaurants close by and a supermarket near by. Room was very ikea. Thought it was strange they tell you that you have to take all the rubbish out of the room before leavin, especially as there’s not a general waste dustbin just outside. Staff where nice and held our bags for us in the day and put them in the room for us. "
