"Wir haben die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen können, da es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab früher an einen Schlüssel zu kommen oder Gepäck abzustellen.Von der Veranstaltung her(DFB Pokal Finale) wäre es sehr schwierig geworden nochmal das Hotel anzufahren. "We checked in a bit late - around 10pm. The receptionist spoke poor English and struggled to get across important information to us. It became unclear what we were getting charged for and I had to use my translate app to work it all out. I know it sounds pretentious to expect German receptionists to speak great English, but we experienced better levels of English from almost every other German person we interacted with on our trip. "
