"Wow what a nice neat place. Very clean, a HEATED bathroom floor!! Nice size yard totally fenced. Very nice neighborhood, felt safe. The owner sent information needed in a timely manner, was very quick to respond to my emails and very accommodating for our needs. Only 11 mins from the Vermont flower show in Essex junction. Restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable too!"

The house was clean and cozy and the owner was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed. The house is a short drive to Whiteface mountain and just thirty minutes to the quaint town of Lake Placid. We will definitely be back. "

"We booked this lake house for a short vacation. It is situated on a private lot with direct lake access and beautiful views. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but Kyle was wonderful to work with and quickly made everything right. "Our family and friends did some snowboarding and skiing at Bolton Valley. This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and felt very cozy. Andy, the host, was very helpful and accommodating. Totally great time. "

"If you’re gonna get snowed in anywhere, this is the place to do it! We made snow angels and had a beautiful snowshoe on the frozen lake. Also a very cozy spot to binge watch some TV and relax. The great ice Vt festival was very fun- we supported many local artists, businesses."

"It was easy to accès. It was clean and a warm and cosy house for a great stay close to all you need to have a great stay. Gigi the host was quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay would recommend. "

"Great place! Pictures look like a hunting camp but they don’t do justice. It was bigger than I expected. Loft was not used bc very low ceiling. Everything like new condition. Wanted to be near UVM and this was great bc dog."
