"The staff here were fantastic, we arrived early and were able to check in as our room was ready. The lady on the front counter was very friendly and welcoming. We had the King room which was big and spacious. The hotel is close by to eateries and bars and has a rooftop bar with 360 degrees views. We swam in the pool but found the temperature a bit cold even though it was a hot day. Would stay here again."

"Stayed at this hotel when it was the Hyatt. SO much better now that it Residence at Langley. Once the refurb is complete and maybe room service allocated - snacks etc offered this will be on par with the Duxton. Really looking forward to our next stay and would recommend. Thank you."

"We visited Sunday 8th into Monday 9th December, to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We also sent an email, asking if there was opportunity for a room with a bath and possible upgrade but didn't hear back until checkin.Althoughh staff on reception were helpful and 'sympathetic' there apparently, was not the option for upgrade but instead, acknowledged my husbands's birthday with a nice bottle of red and a late checkout. "Extremely helpful service plus the receptionist did everything to help our stay be smooth. We arrived early and she gave us an earlier checkin and gave an hour later check out complimentary. Also gave 2x drinks vouchers to use in the bar. "

"The property was not the newest, but everything was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable with down pillows and duvets. The staff are very friendly and the pool was fantastic with our kids. When we were there, they were just installing brand-new gym equipment. "

"Special mention for Hans from the front desk, was very nice and helpful with an early checkin also on checkout was professional and friendly.Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, good size room, nice bedding, lovely bathroom, complimentary bottled water. Room service was nice but does need more choice, especially salads. Overall an excellent stay."

"We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott when my friends and I spent a weekend in Perth. The hotel was gorgeous - clean, quiet and very well appointed. The rooms were a good size, easily accommodating two adults and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and obliging. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and I certainly will, when I am in Perth again. "
