"Lots to love about this one-bedroom in Scarborough! Clean, modern interior, and lovely private yard/garden viewed through a wall of sliding glass doors. A ten minute walk to the Scarborough shops, community pool, restaurants, beach, and Thursday night "Sunset Market" (music, food trucks, and great vibe by the beach). Martine is very responsive to any inquiries. My husband and I are repeat customers! "

"This was the perfect unit for us, can cook, has good size fridge , fantastic and comfy, the only thing we didn’t like is not having a door to the unit at the bottom of the stairs! Even though no one was downstairs for our stay, the front door opens, you go upstairs to the unit, and the owners go through a locked door to their area. Just feeling walking around with not much on is awkward! But it’s f you don’t mind it is a great place and affordable for the week"

"Property was perfect for family of 5. Spacious and great facilities. Location is amazing but can be noisey some times with local night life. The check in process was fine, just a little tricky to find carpark location and how to best get from car to apartment and out of complex again when on foot. Apartment was mostly clean but the fabric couch was very stained. We would definitely stay here again because of the convenience and the size of the apartment. "

"The property is ample for a small family to stay. Plenty of extras supplied in the pantry and cupboards.Location is right next to the beach, which is patrolled. Restaurants and shops are all walking distance. Highly recommend the Sandbar pub for breakfast."

"This property is vastly overpriced. The best that could be said is that it is in a great location. However, the place is in urgent need of a complete deep clean and some repair. When I arrived there were cobwebs and dust throughout. Precious guests shampoo bottles (10 in all) were left in the bathroom. Worst of all was that mattresses were stained as were all the pillows. The host replaced the pillows and one mattress pad and came and did a reasonably good job of removing the dust and webs....

"Best location, we went to the beach every morning with the boogie boards and the kids had a blast. It was clean but definitely in need of a renovation. The sliding door is difficult to open, the main hot plate and grill elements need replacing, the taps are difficult to turn off. But everything you need is there and the location was the absolute greatest. Night markets Thursday on the beach front were amazing! "

"My neice found this accommodation for us, not far from where she lives. She liaised with the site and Property Manager. It was very convenient for us in that regard. Stairs a bit of a problem for 2 women over 70 and their luggage!! The windows in the back bedroom rattled very badly... this needs attention. Thank you."
