Great staff, really nice hotel and location. Had a good stay. Even better if you arrive without a car. If driving there note the car park is terrible. Has a solid metal bollard near the entrance and exit that could easily be removed or changed to a soft/ rubber run over feature.

We loved this place! Its clean, fresh, the staff are friendly. Amazing location - literally minutes walk to in and around the whole of central Freo. We felt very accommodated, right down to the little hand written 'welcome' mesaage on the bathroom mirror. Continental breakfas5 included, along with a beer or wine and cheese paltter nibbles in the brewery across the street. Amazing! We WILL be back!

Gem in the heart of Freo
Brilliant. We were given a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite which was fantastic. Hotel is in the heart of Freo . Staff were so friendly , engaging and helpful. Loved the complimentary drinks and nibbles at the bar next door. We feel we have found a gem in the heart of Freo and will definitely be back .

New Haus was a fabulous find. The property is well appointed, quiet and private. The customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. The attention to detail ànd care for guests is exceptional. The added bonus was breakfast. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
