"Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty. They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in. "

"Very spacious rooms and very clean. For a family of four it was great! It is a hotel for patients staying in the nearby hospitals, however it worked very well for us. Train and metro transportation very close by and convenient. "

"Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. Otherwise it's well-situated, 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a huge supermarket. Will definitely come here again if given the chance."

"We saw a little more of Lausanne than we, thanks to some road work and detours. But once we made our way to Hotel Elite, everything was great for a quick visit. The 5-minute walk from the train station with luggage turned into 25 minutes, but it paid off with a comfortable, spacious room in this handsome hotel — with an elevator. "We wanted a therme hotel where you can swim thru from inside to outside due to construction at hotel it was not possible. We only used it twice the entire week we stayed there. Would not recommend hotel while under construction."

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant! I will definitely stay here again. It is also very close to carrefour supermarket (walking distance) and for Muslim guests, there’s halal restaurants to the left (3/4 mile) down from the hotel. There’s local parks too, and also Voltaires residence and statue in the square! It’s also 10 mins from Switzerland! Super practical and ideally located between both countries! We loved staying here! Thank you to everyone from Jahanara, Zak and Zain R. "
