"I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel could use a paint and a refresh, but all in all was good! Breakfast and lunch for the all inclusive were a little underwhelming but dinner was always good. "On arrival lights in two bedrooms were out. Tv wasn't working. The photos definitely look better than in real life. The outside around the pool area is in need of a good clean & we were very disappointed to see the pool dirty with green scum around the edges.
