"With only a 3 minute walk to the beach at Polyxenia and the coastal path which stretches from Kalamies to Fig Tree Bay, Villa Teleia offers the perfect spot for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. "The house is located in the hills about a 4 min drive from the beach. The area is extremely quiet so our kids could party all they wanted without a complaint. The 4 bedrooms downstairs have onsuite bathrooms and everything is newly renovated. The upstairs 2 bedrooms are really small. These bedrooms are in the loft so ceiling is low and sloped, no closet space at all, stuffy rooms with extremely cheap beds. The beds were an embarrassment to my guests who had to sleep there. "Great Villa in a lovely location. Nice and peaceful and near all amenities. Bars & restaurants a short walk away. Supermarket is a few minutes walk. Beach 5-10 mins walk. Taxi rank at the top of the street. The villa is clean and tidy. It has been well looked after. Everything you need in the kitchen to Prepare food. Smart tv & comfy sofas. Lots of equipment in the cupboard if you have small children , even a stroller ! Outside area is lovely, plenty of seating and 2 sunbeds. Lovely pool too....

"This villa was absolutely perfect for 4 adults (a couple and 2 friends). It is in a quiet complex which feels safe and relaxed. The accommodation is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The pool, although small, is brilliant for cooling off in and has the sun on it from around 12-3pm (September). The host was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"This is such a lovely property- clean, has everything you need away from home, the beds are fantastic. The pool is lovely, great for children, nice bar. The beaches are 10 minutes walk away and very picturesque. The owners are wonderful, a great help- thank you! I would highly recommend a holiday here."

"Property was clean and well equipped, pool is great good size. Walking distance to a nice beach and restaurants, short drive to fig tree bay and Protaras etc. Host Costas was very pleasant and helpful throughout and left us some nice ideas of things to do in the areas. Great family vacation thank you."

"looks like brand new. Really appreciated the "open" style, all sliding windows opens 90% of living room on the garden with so much sunlight inside. A bit close to the road but nothing unbearable.Main facilities nearby, and any beach (incl. south end part of island near Aya napa) less then 15mn drive."

"Good space with lots of room. Living area has separate AC and two couches, which were okay but not super comfortable. Deck with couple chairs and table, place to hang clothes, was a good size and we overlooked the pool. Bedroom had two singles pushed together with separate sheets but bed was comfortable and room had separate AC and large closet. Kitchen fridge was a little small. Had most kitchen necessities but not alot of extras. Cleaning service was good and shower had good water pressure and...

"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"

Super impressed…another happy guest!

"Well, what can I say apart from I really lucked out by choosing the Vrissaki Beach hotel! I traveled solo and stayed in a premium room with a terrace. In a nutshell… * Very welcoming and exceptionally helpful staff throughout the entire hotel * Large bedroom - nicely furnished with modern furniture and a huge wardrobe with hangers * Wall mounted TV with multiple channels * Very good sized fridge with ice tray * Tea and coffee making facilities (free of charge) * Safe (also free of charge)) * Super efficient air conditioning - you can set the room temperature and fan speed. (FoC) * Ambient lighting - I was super impressed - think Premier Inns (UK) I have never seen this type of lighting in any other hotel outside of the UK…and I’ve lived in Abu Dhabi and Dubai where they really do luxury at a level I’ve never experienced before * Recycling bins in every lift lobby * Spotlessly clean - the housekeepers are friendly, super efficient and very helpful with any (reasonable!) requests you may have. * The bathrooms are modern with baths (most rooms) and showers (some in the bath with safety rails and non slip ‘stickers’, others walk-in) Hot water was plentiful. * The spa (and indoor pool) was fabulous - my only regret is that I didn’t visit it until my last day * There are a limited spaces in the car park which are also free! Post-Covid many hotels are cashing in and recouping their losses by charging for what used to be free. The Vrissaki Beach hotel isn’t one of them! "
