"On arrival lights in two bedrooms were out. Tv wasn't working. The photos definitely look better than in real life. The outside around the pool area is in need of a good clean & we were very disappointed to see the pool dirty with green scum around the edges. We were told by maintainence that the pump was broken hence the build up. So we were very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as our baby is only 5 months old & didn't want to risk it. "This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater.
