Of note was the support and attentiveness of one particular member of staff from guest services, Salvina, if I recall her name correctly, went above and beyond to ensure I felt well looked after a misunderstanding that occurred early in my stay. She was highly professional but also appeared to genuinely care about ensuring my stay was a happy one. She’s a credit to the hotel and is the reason I’ll rate my stay as a 5 here instead of 4."

"Place is great. A haven in the chaos of jakarta. Close to nice attractions, but the endless trafic and pollution of the area ruins the whole thing. But thats jakarta.
