"Excellent staff very accommodating myself as I was a very late check in, kept the staff and myself in communication till they picked me up with their shuttle service. I have only spend 13 hours here but this is my impression of this hotel"

The staff here is very polite and friendly. They always welcome us with a warm smile. Those who work near the pool are also nice. Swimming here is amazing, as you will feel like you are in a forest. For city dwellers like me, I’d suggest staying in this hotel as it’s not as cosmopolitan and busy. The trees give me a sense of comfort and calm my mood. If there were more restaurants nearby, that would be perfect. I’d have to order room service for two nights. "
