"House was very clean. The property was beautiful. The sheep might’ve been the best view to wake up to! Property was easy to access even at night. We realized WAZE took you to the wrong house so I suggest using Google maps or Apple Maps when going. Beds were comfortable and the showers were beautiful. Theresa was easy to get ahold of and helpful! We will definitely be back!"

"Well-maintained inside. Unbelievably clean. Property owner answered questions in a timely manner. There were a lot.of steps to the house, but the write up of the property did mention the steps. The walk into the historic area was short. We even did it in the rain and it was no big deal. "

"I stayed here on a business trip to one of the Dubuque universities. It was in a perfect location - close to the universities in a nice nearby neighborhood. The updated brick ranch home was very tastefully and comfortably furnished with everything I needed - well-equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, very comfortable bed and furniture. Extra touches like nightlights, an electric fireplace, cozy sheets and bedding made it a perfect place to stay. It was very clean and everything was in great working...
