This was our first time staying at this property and it was so charming. We loved the room and the ease of the restaurant. Breakfast was great and all the staff were incredibly helpful! Our only issue was the firmness of all of the furniture but that is more of a preference.

Great place! Super friendly, clean and updated property. Loved the design inside and out, and the attached pub-almost nightly entertainment that really gave it personality and something different than any other hotels that I’ve stayed at- I think, ever!

The staff was Friendly, Knowledgeable and very Helpful. The property was well managed and rooms were very clean. The Breakfast was great and the morning staff who prepared the Breakfast was very attentive to the Cleanliness of the area and always checked to ensure the Breakfast stayed replenished, hot and clean. We had a wonderful weekend and stay at the Irish Cottage Inn and Suites! We will definitely be back.. Thank you!

The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The food was below average. My wife couldn't eat the chicken on the salad,it was rubbery. No bacon or sausage with breakfast 1st day. Second day there was sausage but they were off. Beautiful hotel just a pity about sub standard food

Loved the atmosphere over all decor and staff in hotel the bar on the other hand had worn out wood and flat pop, food was good. Also, not a fan off the whole wedding party had to pass by the glass door viewing the pool area as if you wore the attraction. I would come back overall.

Property was well maintained if a bit dated . The staff were courteous and professional especially the bar/restaurant staff. Found the bar/restaurant prices quite high . $10 a pint of Guinness ! In Galena! Food was excellent although downtown Chicago prices for food and drink were a bit surprising .
