"It’s a luxury palace with no services. The property is excellent but it’s managed by kids as They are doing the check in and check out . I was looking for a help suddenly I found the receptionist swimming in the pool . They are not offering any kind of help even I have to tell them about cleaning my room , one day I didn’t tell them they didn’t clean. Hotel restaurant is not working. "Location and view is amazing, but the rooms and the property in general really needs to be renovated and beautified; it has so much potential due to the location and view, it’s disappointing when you get there and you see the state of the motel and the rooms In addition I don’t think it’s fair to offer an “upgrade” to get the room that I have already paid for instead of a bad one"

"The staff are very accommodating. Parking can be an issue. The laneways is WET and full of puddles. Hotel is adequate for the price. PowerPoint near the bed would be handy. Great beds. "

"This is a basic motel with a clean room in a well-maintained community. You should hire a car or motorbike since waking from this location isn't convenient. Room entry doors really need weatherstripping and door sweeps to keep out the bugs, especially at night when guests are home and room lights are on, which attract bugs.
