Check in is across the road in an office where you need to climb steps with your luggage and there is no safe or secure place to leave it, not an elevator. "The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. "One would need a transport to go around from this property. It is a condominium that is very near the City Square but one is unable to walk there due to the Customs building. The room was clean, though there are some spots which need more cleaning. It was strange that the plates, bowls, forks, spoons and cups are all laid out on the table. "Carpark signages & direction markings on the floor must be repainted to make it clearer. Providing coffee & tea would be nice. Batteries for the many remotes in the room should be checked and replaced if need "
