"The staff was exceptional in their competency, promptness and hospitality. Our room was most spacious and unique and handsome in its design. I love how the tasteful contemporary design throughout the hotel is fused with the original structures of this 19th century building (the travertine staircase with wrought iron grillwork, stone walls and more). This hotel masters also essential things travelers seek like a comfortable bed and pillows, a great shower and a sumptuous breakfast. You can even dine al fresco. The windows are beautifully designed with exterior shutters, heavy glass and then solid interior shutters. This made the room soundproof. This was the first staff willing to lower the room temperature for us (we were traveling off- season and most hotels will not turn on their AC until season starts). The location of the hotel would be the only negative as we like to walk everywhere. This part of Naples is dirty and noisy, but probably safe; nonetheless, we opted to take taxis to the areas we wanted to explore. "

"The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. Barbara at the front desk was lovely and recommended an excellent breakfast spot for that morning as well as assisting us with taxis and airport transfers. We left too early the next morning to try out their breakfast. The accessibility of the hotel is, unfortunately, poor. There are seven steps up to the front desk and the elevator, though the elevator is large enough to fit a standard wheelchair. Other thing to be aware of: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so taxis or other transportation may not be able to drop off/pick up from the hotel directly depending on their permits or the time of day. Again, not a big deal to walk a block or two, unless you have mobility issues."

"Great stay and great price for the location, central Naples right next to the main metro. Nunzia was amazing, a nice person and made sure everything was ok when I met her. The bedrooms were cleaned daily beds made and fresh towels. Very happy with my stay here and will recommend to others travelling to Naples."

"Our stay at Amadamus Luxury Suites was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, soundproof, and beautifully designed, with a lovely balcony and top-notch amenities. The TV had a great selection of channels, and the charging station was super convenient. The shower was large, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff truly made our experience exceptional. Gisella, in particular, was the highlight of our stay—so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. We had a room that was separated from the others, which gave us a sense of privacy and tranquility—exactly what we were looking for. The location is fantastic, with the metro station just below the hotel and an easy walk to the main district of Naples. The area is vibrant, full of great food options, and feels very safe with plenty to explore nearby. A nice touch was the welcome drinks on arrival, and they even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport. Overall, a truly great stay—highly recommended!"

"The staff was very responsive and helpful at Dimora Duomo. Our room was large, modern, and quiet. Breakfast is ordered the night before and brought to the room in the morning. We got good recommendations for sights to see and restaurants from the reception staff. The hotel is not a conventional one - it is located on a busy street in Naples, within an old building with other businesses. It suited our needs just fine. "
