"Family cane into town for the holidays and we really dont have much room so we went rented a home. Everything was great about the house the only thing i got nervous about was a crack in the bathroom ceiling so I sent a picture and Im sure they will take care of it. I didnt really notice until the end that there were no instructions for check out. "The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli."

"The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. "

"We needed last minute help with our large group for our wedding. The space was perfect and Barry and Bernie couldn't have been more caring, considerate, and accommodating. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Im looking forward to booking again."

"We enjoyed our long weekend at your cute home. The place was as described. Linens and towels were a plus! The dogs enjoyed the backyard space, as did we. The only suggestion I would have would be some extra mirrors in the bedrooms so people could get ready while others use the shower. But that didn’t ruin our stay at all! Thanks for the use of your home. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"The place was clean with pleasant decor and consisted of a living room, bathroom and bedroom (no kitchen facilities). It is on the top floor of one side of a sprawling duplex that is divided into apartments. Only the bedroom had aircon - a window unit that wasn’t powerful enough to cool the bedroom, let alone the living room. The heat was oppressive and we didn’t see any fans. "Great location for us since we were racing at the cure arena in trenton. Lots of room and fun basement level to play games and watch movies. Wish we had more downtime to actually stay and enjoy the house, like the firepit, workout room, huge tubs! Only small issue is the listing states there is pull out couches. There are not any. Beautiful couches are there with some recliners in some but no beds so unit really only sleeps 8 people. Our 3 extra people had to sleep on the couches which was not...

"This house was conveniently located to be home base for a lot of traveling in every direction. Incredibly minimalist so you will want to prepare to pack more conveniences for everyday living or go shopping for supplies or items for your stay…and your own pillows. The outdoor space is a dream! Overall great experience."
