"We had an amazing weekend at the Pan Pacific! The accommodations were fantastic, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Greg from the maintenance/cleaning team, who truly went above and beyond. We were all set to go to dinner when a sudden downpour hit, and unfortunately, a large group had already taken all the hotel umbrellas. Just as we were considering canceling our reservation, Greg overheard our conversation and—without hesitation—ran to the maintenance room to find us a spare umbrella. His kindness and quick thinking saved our evening, and we couldn't be more grateful! It's that kind of service that makes a stay truly memorable.
