"OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good. Buildings are hundreds of years old so keep this in mind. Rooms are clean and decent. Negatives are, limited...

"I loved my room, it was clean, beautiful (you opened the windows right out onto the canal. I thought maybe it would be noisy at night, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was VERY quiet around 9pm! I liked the privacy or one or two rooms on the second floor. I would definitely stay there when I come back again to Venice. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Venice. Only 5 minutes and maybe 2 bridges away from the Rialto Bridge, and only about 10 minutes from St. Mark's - could not have been a better location. Generally a very quiet area, although the Manin square is Right There! Many options for dining and shopping, and you can get a gondola right at the square. Vaporetto only about 2 blocks away. Excellent accommodations, very clean, and great staff."

"The room provided plenty of space to move around and was very comfortable. We even had a balcony. The location was walking distance to all major attractions. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We had continental breakfast delivered every morning and it was included. "Beautiful small property with visually stunning touches. It's a somewhat unusual mix of a boutique hotel and an Airbnb, e.g. no front desk or maid service. Fantastic base for us to explore Venice for a few days. Centrally located with a 10-15 minute walk to St. Mark's and the Rialto, 5-10 minute walk to water taxi services, 20-25 minute walk to the train station and automobile pickups. Also, the restaurant right next door, Hostaria Bacanaria, was one of the best meals of our whole trip."

"Clean and spacious. Not sure if someone got confused but someone tried to get into the room early hours in the morning staff were really nice and friendly. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. "

"The property is remotely managed and so there's no 24 desk. You have a contact number and any queries you have are answered quickly. The only difficulty we had was finding the door to the property but a very helpful waiter from one of the restaurants in the area quickly showed us and once we buzzed the door we were let in and the key to our room was exactly where we had been advised. "Pros-Felt very safe on site, easy breakfast option In the buffet and they have a restaurant on site. Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied.
