Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. "Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."
