"It’s unusual to find a resort style property near a major airport. This hotel delivers that. Beautiful layout with pools , gym, restaurants and bars. We were given the wrong shuttle schedule which got us off to a bad start but the hotel improved our mood as soon as we arrived. Food was excellent. "

"Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc) The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a major issue!"
