"In view of the landing time I decided to have an overnight stay before I drove home. The booking was made at short notice and lived up to the description on the website. For me this was a basic but comfortable hotel. Arriving in the dark it was essential that I used Google Maps to find it. Breakfast buffet was excellent and cost £11."

"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...
