I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful."

"My brother, and I paid for a two bedroom two bathroom hotel and when we confirmed and paid the pictures showed us a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. When we were trying to check in they had a 1 bedroom apartment this was a complete scam and misrepresentation! I will be reporting this owner to the police and authorities if my money it’s refunded to us we didn’t even stay there! Terrible service "

"We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. Some of the outdoor toys were not in great shape and need to be replaced, like the paddle board and lawn chairs. "We had a great, relaxing vacation here. It is a distance from nightlife and restaurants, but the isolation and beauty is tremendous. The house is decently stocked with cookware, dinnerware and sharp knives! There are a couple of local grocery stores nearby, and major shopping is a half hour drive East.The beach directly in front of the house is steep, so the surf hits it fairly hard. "The house was a good deal. The original listing was switched due to poor scheduling on the management team. We were told the house we originally leased was not available so they switched us at the last minute. (Like we would say no three days before we were flying out to Hawaii) The location was great. The house was a great value for the money. We would stay there again for sure!"

"Such an amazing North Shore home away from home! Could not have been more perfect! Very well appointed house on the water. Epic waves and sunsets! Traffic on the North Shore was the only downside of our visit. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Plenty of room for a large family or couples.
