"Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. Cons: -The check-in process was a bit challenging. It would have been much easier to have key lockers available for guests.
